Our urgent orthopedic care clinic at 6286 Briarcrest Ave. is staffed and resourced for your urgent care needs M-Th 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Same day appointments are usually available at all locations.

DO I NEED A REFERRAL TO SEE AN ORTHOPEDIC SPECIALIST?

You're welcome to see a specialist without a referral. We do recommend checking with your insurance provider, as some may have specific requirements.

DO YOU ACCEPT MY INSURANCE PLAN?
We are dedicated to delivering exceptional, 5-star service at OrthoSouth, and we proudly accept most major insurance plans. To stay informed about your coverage, please consult your insurance plan directory or website, or reach out to your insurance company to verify if we are "in network" or "out of network."
WHOSE RESPONSIBILITY IS IT TO GET MY REFERRAL AUTHORIZATION?
If a referral is needed, we kindly ask our patients to obtain one. For assistance, please feel free to reach out to your insurance company.
DO YOU ACCEPT MEDICARE ASSIGNMENT FROM MEDICARE?
Yes.
AS A PATIENT, DO I HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILITIES WHEN MY INSURANCE COMPANY DOES NOT PROCESS OR IS SLOW IN PROCESSING CLAIMS?
If medical claims are not paid within 30 days of billing, we kindly ask our patients to assist us by following up with their insurance company. Your support in this process is greatly appreciated.
IF MY INSURANCE COMPANY DOES NOT PAY, AM I LIABLE FOR THE BILL?

WILL I BE SEEN BY THE DOCTOR IF I HAVEN’T PAID MY CO-PAY?

WHEN ARE MY DEDUCTIBLES AND CO-INSURANCE AMOUNTS DUE?

DO YOU ACCEPT THIRD PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE (AUTOMOBILE OR PERSONAL INJURY)?
